Primary immunodeficiency

The primary immunodeficiency disorders occur when components of the immune system are deficient or not working properly. Allergists/immunologists specialize in identifying and treating these diseases. All of these disorders are marked by frequent infections that are often more severe than in a person with a normal immune system. Appropriate treatment can reduce the number and severity of infections and prevent associated complications.

The original page named the following disorders as headings without writing chapters for them. They stay as a list here — not invented articles.
